Graduation party rental questions
What do I need to rent for a graduation open house?
Most graduation open houses rent a tent, banquet tables for food and photos, round or banquet tables for seating, chairs and sometimes a bounce house for younger guests. A 20 x 40 or 30 x 30 tent covers many backyard parties.
How many guests fit under a 20 x 40 tent?
A 20 x 40 tent has 800 square feet and seats about 64 to 80 guests at tables. Open houses with guests coming and going can host more people over the afternoon.
When should I book graduation party rentals in Wisconsin?
Book early. Wisconsin graduation open houses cluster from May through July and weekends fill quickly. Many families reserve their tent in winter or early spring.
How many tables and chairs do I need for a graduation party?
Plan seating for about half to two thirds of your total guest count, since open house guests come and go. Add 2 to 4 banquet tables for food, desserts, gifts and photo boards.
Can I get a bounce house for my graduation party?
Yes. A bounce house or combo slide keeps younger siblings and cousins busy while the grads and adults celebrate.
Do you deliver graduation rentals to my house?
Yes. We deliver across the Fox Cities and Northeast Wisconsin. Include your delivery address and setup surface in your quote request.
