How much glassware do I need?
Quick answer: plan one water goblet and one champagne glass per guest for dinner and the toast, then about two bar glasses per guest for a bar that runs all night. Add about 10 percent extra for spares. For 150 guests, that is roughly 165 goblets, 165 champagne glasses and 300 to 330 wine or rocks glasses.
For cocktail hour, plan one cocktail table for every 8 to 10 standing guests, and set the bar where the line will not block the entrance or the dance floor. A chill table or a big cooler next to the bar keeps canned drinks and water cold without a trip to the kitchen.

What glassware do you rent?
We rent 11 oz wine glasses, 14 oz water goblets, 9 oz tulip champagne glasses, 12.5 oz double old fashioned glasses and glass Irish coffee mugs, plus glass carafes and coffee carafes for table and coffee service.
Do you rent a portable bar?
Yes. Our 6 ft skirted bar gives your bartender a clean, finished serving station for weddings, receptions, graduation parties and corporate events. Pair it with cocktail tables and a chill table for a complete bar area.
Do you rent cocktail tables with linens?
Yes. We rent cocktail tables with fitted spandex covers for a sleek, modern look during cocktail hour, at receptions and at corporate mixers.
How many glasses do I need per guest?
Plan one water goblet and one champagne glass per guest, plus about two bar glasses per guest for an all night bar, since guests often set a glass down and grab a fresh one. Add about 10 percent for spares. We are happy to help you count.
What is a chill table used for?
A chill table has a raised edge that holds ice, so you can keep canned drinks, bottled water, desserts or cold salads chilled on a bar or buffet line. For bigger crowds, add our Coleman 120 quart cooler, which holds up to 185 cans.
Can I rent glassware with a tent, tables and chairs?
Yes. Many hosts rent glassware and a bar together with one of our tent rentals and tables and chairs, then request one quote for everything.
